Callum Jackson

Promo Editor and Motion Graphic Designer

Callum is a creative promo director/editor and trailer editor. His latest client was BBC Creative in Salford. There his skills were put to use creating short form promos for broadcast: script writing, directing voice over and creation of motion for CBBC, Cbeebies, BBC Sport and BBC Learning.

"I have a deep passion for moving media and have dedicated the last 4 years honing my skills and creating content. I have managed to work with some extremely talented and passionate directors and editors all of whom have an eye for creativity.

These include my most recent client BBC Creative Salford, whilst here I worked with an incredible team of extremely talented creatives such as creative director Tim Jones and James Cross along with industry veteran creative promo director Westley Wood.

I had the pleasure of working on short form promos for a handful of BBC programs and major campaigns such as Children in Need and CBBC Find Your Tribe.

I got my start at The Imaginati, a small video games studio working closely with 20th Century Fox and The Imaginirium on Triple A title; Planet of The Apes: The Last Frontier.

Whilst there I worked closely with experienced cinematic/motion capture director and video game veteran Steve Kniebihly (Ubisoft, Quantic Dream, CD Projekt Red, Capcom). Under his guidance I learned cinematic framing, depth of field and directing motion capture talent.

The Trailer Farm in Brighton followed soon after where I worked with video game veterans and brothers Tony and Dan Porter as a freelance Unreal Engine 4 Scene Director for the recently released "Two Point Hospital".
